AIM Team Charity Clean
On the morning of 5th September members of the Support, Sales and Operations and Management Team pulled on their uniform and went along to the Ronald McDonald House in Camberwell to participate in a jointly donated window clean with our partner Crystal Clear.
The RMHC provides families with a free 'home away from home' which enables them to stay close by while their child is in one of our partnered children's hospitals. Families can stay for as long as they need to; the longest stay in one of our Houses currently at over two and a half years.
Having not had the windows cleaned for a number of years, the house in Camberwell was in desperate need, and it so happened that a few weeks prior to the 5th September one of AIM's head office support team was visiting a close family friend and whilst there happened to mention to the house management team that she worked for a cleaning company and that's how AIM got involved.
On the day, James Brown, MD said; "We had great fun working together for such a worthy cause, and we were blown away by the gratefulness and feedback from Tim the RMHC House Manager and his dedicated, caring team."
The day was a success and extremely rewarding for all, so much so that AIM has offered our support to provide this service to RMHC Camberwell House as a charitable donation going forward.
