Our Pledge

We have maintained our NCZ Gold Certification, a rigorous and independently verified assessment of our organisational carbon footprint, and have now set our 2023/24 reporting year as our official baseline as this has incorporated all scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions, including emissions from purchased goods and services, staff commuting, business travel, homeworking, and company vehicles – all calculated in accordance with the ISO 14064 standard.

This will allow us to provide client-specific emissions reporting, showing not only the carbon footprint associated with our services, but also the key emission sources and how we're actively managing and reducing them. It adds a layer of operational granularity that enhances the value we offer to clients looking for credible, transparent and sustainability partnerships.

Our next steps include addressing the largest emission drivers identified in our NCZ report, such as our supply chain and staff commuting, while we explore further transition plans for our fleet and utility consumption. We’re progressing toward NCZ Platinum Certification, which incorporates supply chain engagement and a full decarbonisation strategy.

For us, net zero isn’t a pledge, it’s a programme of work, underpinned by data, action, and a clear roadmap to credible carbon reduction.

Despite a 28% growth in revenue, we are delighted to have reduced our per million intensity metric for scope 1 and 2 emissions by over 13.3% by focusing on driving efficiencies in the office and in the field.

We are determined and committed to achieve Net Zero emissions as a company by 2045.
