AIM's Latest Ambassador Winners
It's a pleasure to share with you the latest Ambassador winners over the past three months.
The AIM Ambassador Award is presented to staff who receive a winning nomination for their hard work and dedication to their job.
Alex Teran - August Gold Winner
Alex was nominated by Anita a member of our Support Team, who received excellent feedback from several clients following specialist deep cleans completed by Alex and his team. The professionalism, speed and high quality left our clients extremely happy. Well done Alex!
Doru - September Gold Winner
Doru's winning nomination was received from Margarita, a member of our Support Team. Margarita explained that many clients had expressed how happy they had been since Doru became their Local Service Manager and that the cleaning standards had greatly improved.
The runner-up for September was Sofia, our cleaner at the Canary Wharf River Island store, the nomination was received directly from the Store Manager. Sofia was complimented as being a credit to AIM (we know), for going above and beyond each and every day, and for being an amazing member of the store team. Great job Sofia!
Anita - October Gold Winner
Anita was nominated by Charlotte a member of our Purchasing Team and was praised for her ongoing hard work and dedication that she demonstrates on a daily basis in caring for our clients. With the help of the Operations Team, Anita successfully coordinated a very challenging project in which AIM was tasked with extremely short notice to mobilise eight sites for temporary cleaning services. Anita went as far as to spend her own time to ensure that all elements of this project were delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction. Thank you, Anita!
The runner-up for October was Claire, our Housekeeper at Tilney, who received her nomination directly from the front of the house team at our clients Bracknell office. Claire was praised for her ongoing dedication and professionalism and was described as polite, cheerful and methodical in her work. Well done Claire keep up the good work!
